As a makeup artist, most of my time spent on clients often involves corrective measures- concealing undereye circles, covering blemishes, evening out skintone, and on and on. So when someone with great skin sits in my chair it's like the hallelujiah chorus goes off in my head because my job has suddenly become WAY easier. 

The good news? I present one of my favorite solutions to helping you achieve better skin, which in turn results in your makeup looking that much better because you won't have to layer on as much and it will actually last longer as well: Drink your veggies. Not only are vegetables and certain fruits great for maintaining a healthy body and increasing energy levels, but they contain powerful vitamins and antioxidants that help to clear acne, remove those aforementioned dark circles, and give skin a radiant glow, to name just a few.
